For your reservation we offer the necessary information’s on the website Hotelenibiza.net. We have tried to create a website with easy, fast and simple navigation, which allows saving time during your reservation.
Step 1: Select the desired date to search for your accommodation or touristic package. You can do it from the searcher, or directly by choosing between the predefined themes.
Step 2: Check the results of the search and click on the links with + information right next to the name of the hotel to obtain more detailed information about the hotel.
Step 3: Select the price next to the chosen hotel to see the details of the payment.
Step 4: The booking will be confirmed and send with a service voucher via email, which you have to show at your arrival to the selected hotel.
2. Are the figured rates which can be seen on the webpage per person or room?
All showed rates on HotelEnIbiza.net are end prices for room, with all taxes inclusive. An exception is to be found in the section LAST MINUTE, where we show prices for orientation per person on the main page. The price you will pay finally will be showed in the search results and is the end price of your booking.
3. Is it possible to do reservations on HotelEnIbiza.net, without registering?
Yes. You can do your reservations without needing to register yourself but we recommend you to do this. In this way you can receive our newsletter periodically and inform you about our exclusive offers. The subscription is very easy and fast, you only have to give your email address and you can resign it at any moment.
4. Why do I have to specify the age of the children?
Regarding the discount politics for children, this varies depending on the hotel. For this reason, you have to give the age and number of the children if you are searching for a hotel. All discounts apply on the total end price.
5. Do I receive something for showing at the hotel, if I’m doing a reservation at HotelEnIbiza.net?
Yes, via email you will receive a service voucher which you can print and show to the hotel. It’s not necessary to print it in colour; a black and white print is enough.
6. What happen if I loose my reservation number and/or the reference of the reservation?
Please call our office or contact us via email. We provide you a new voucher with all the details of the reservation.
7. How can I print another copy of the voucher if I don’t get the confirmation email or loose the service voucher?
Go to the section “your booking” on the webpage HotelEnIbiza.net. Here you can print and recover the details of your booking.
8. How will I know, if my hotel booking is confirmed?
If you have finished the booking, you will see the number of reference on the screen. We also send you an email with the confirmation of your booking, which includes the complete itinerary and the number of reference. This email includes also a voucher which you can print and show at the hotel at your arrival.
9. Do I have to confirm my booking directly at the hotel?
No. The service voucher which you can print out on our webpage is enough.
10. Who can we contact if we need help?
HotelEnIbiza.net offers a customer service from Monday to Friday 9:30 to 20:00 o’clock. If you need to contact us at another time or during the weekend, you can do it via email. We will answer you as soon as possible. Our number of contact you will find at the head of the webpage or at the hotel voucher. Go to the section “Contact”.

11. Which credit cards are accepted?
HotelEnIbiza.net accepts the payment with the following card: Visa, Visa Electrón, Mastercard and American Express.
12. Is the data of my credit card protected?
At HotelEnIbiza.net we commit ourselves to protect the privacy of our clients. During your payment the details of your credit card will be sending securely and coded via internet. We also don’t store your data of the credit card in our server. For more information, please go to the section of privacy.
13. When will the money be debited from the credit card?
If the booking is checked and confirmed, the money will be debited automatically from the credit card.
14. What happens with my personal information?
At HotelEnIbiza.net we only ask for the information which is necessary for your booking. We also protect every personal data you have provided in a secure way. To put your mind at rest you can go to the section privacy.
CHANGE OR CANCELATION OF MY BOOKING
15. How can I change my booking?
Call our office and indicate your reservation number or name and date of entrance and we will help you with any change you want to make.
16. How can I cancel my booking?
The cancelation can be done in the section "Your booking". Every cancelation HAS to be done on our website and not at the hotel. The Cancellation is in accordance with our general conditions.
17. Which costs arise with the cancelation of a booking?
Before the booking is confirmed the system gives you information about the service charge that is to be paid, if you cancel the booking. The cost depends on the hotel which you have chosen. The reduction of nights can cause similar costs.
18. What happen if I need a repayment?
HotelEnIbiza.net authorizes the repayment directly in the same way like it was paid. If the repayment is authorized it will be realised as soon as possible.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
19. What happens with my hotel booking if the flight is delayed?
In case you can predict that your arrival will be later than 22:00, we ask you to mention this during your reservation. In this way the hotel would be informed and guaranties your room. The transfers aren’t included. It’s the responsibility of every passenger to organize the arrival and departure at the hotel.
20. Is a transfer included?
The transfer isn’t included. It is your own responsibility to organize the arrival and departure at the hotel. Consult our office if you want to include a transfer to your stay.
21. How can your prices be so low?
Our website doesn’t have big decorations, as well as huge contents. We have concentrated our straights to offer the best at the best price, with a technology that allows demonstrating this in an effective form.
22. Is it better to do the booking in advance or as last minute?
The sooner you make your booking the earlier you obtain and reserve your purchase. However, we also have very interesting last minute offers. This depends on your travelling profile.
23. I’ve just called my hotel and they didn’t know about my booking. How can this happen?
Once the payment is done, we normally inform the hotel about the booking. If your arrival is in less than 3 days, please contact us.
